The Renter agrees not to engage in or permit any relatives, guests, invitees, or agents to engage in any unlawful use of property, common areas or grounds. 

The Renter will promptly notify the Owner of any damage, or any situation that may significantly interfere with the normal use of the Property or to any furnishings supplied by the Owner. 

The Renter shall maintain the premises in a clean and neat condition and always complying with the standards of health, sanitation, fire, housing, and safety as required by law. 

The Renter shall make every reasonable effort to conserve the use of utilities supplied and paid for by the Owner and shall not waste the same.  Electricity is available to the Renter at a prescribed amp level.  Renter shall not deviate and draw more than the established amount prescribed.

The Renter is responsible to comply with Terrebonne Parish’s Ordinance concerning animals.  All animals must be restricted to remain inside the perimeter of the rented Camper Slot Area unless they are in a kennel or on a leash.  Renter shall not use chain or rope to restrict the animal inside the area being rented.   

No placard notices or signs shall be placed anywhere inside or outside the property, without written permission from the Owner. 

The camper trailer must always be maintained in a condition where it can be moved. 

No alterations, addition or improvement shall be made by Renter. 

The Renter agrees to comply with the Terrebonne Parish’s Ordinance concerning noise levels and not allow on his/her premises any excessive noise or other activity, which disturbs the peace and quiet of neighbors and other Renters between the hours of 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
