Front of the Hall

Among the Live Oaks and Pines in a secluded area off Coteau Road lies the Elks Coteau Property.

The property is a park typesetting with nice clearing among the beautiful Oak and Pines. On the property is a meeting hall which can hold up to 75 people. The property serves as a perfect setting for family and friends to gather for events such as picnics, parties and celebrations.

Rear of the Hall

Rental Details:

●To reserve the facility, you must sign a Rental Agreement and have the date and time of your event listed on the Rental Calendar.

● A reservation / security deposit of $100 is required to reserve the facility. The reservation / security deposit is not refundable if the event is canceled within fourteen (14) days of the event.

● Fourteen (14) days prior to the start term of the rental, a rental fee of $100.00 an hour with a four (4) hour minimum, $400.00, is required along with a $100.00 Cleaning Fee.

● One (1) hour for setup and the use of the kitchen will be allowed at no additional cost. Additional setup time is at a rate of $25.00 an hour.

● After the event, if the rented facility has been left in an acceptable condition with no damage then the $100 reservation / security deposit shall be returned to the Renter between 7 and 30 days after the event.
