Vendor Information
Booths are 10x10 space. There will be a minimum of 2 feet of space between booths.
You are responsible for providing your tables, tents, displays, generators (if needed), and goods.
It is your responsibility to ensure all permits if required for your booth are up to date and available.
You are responsible for reporting and paying any sales/use tax at this event.
All vendors must supply their electricity if needed.
Vendor Rules
Vendor fees are non-refundable
Houma Elks Lodge #1193 is not responsible for an unattended booth
Vendors are responsible for all of their transactions and forms of payments
For Business booths, only one of that kind will be allowed. Examples: Mary Kay, Scentsy, LuLaRoe, etc...
Other homemade booths will be allowed only 2 of that kind.
Booths are filled on a first come first serve basis. There is a limited amount of vendor spaces.
Submission of the application does not guarantee acceptance, the right to participate, or the reservation of booth space for the Duck Derby. Your signature certifies that Houma Elks Lodge #1193, its agents, and affiliates will not be held responsible or in any way liable for loss or damage at any time to you, your employees, your agents, or merchandise.
